I've dedicated my career to solving one of healthcare's most crucial challenges: ensuring every patient gets the right treatment at the right time. As a founder and builder of multiple companies at the intersection of AI and precision medicine, I've witnessed firsthand how technology can transform patient outcomes when properly deployed.
My Journey
After watching healthcare decisions being made with limited datasets and outdated approaches, I became determined to build solutions that could leverage the power of AI to deliver truly personalized medicine for every single patient. My journey started in 2015 and led me to build and scale two groundbreaking companies:
Tempus AI: As part of the founding team, I helped build Tempus into a leading precision medicine company that makes precision medicine a reality by applying AI in healthcare, deriving insights from an expansive library of clinical and molecular data. Our work enabled physicians to make real-time, data-driven decisions to deliver personalized treatment options through an AI-enabled diagnostic platform. In addition, we helped hundreds of biopharma companies make better drug development decisions.
Pathos AI: Building on lessons from Tempus, I co-founded Pathos to revolutionize drug development through artificial intelligence. I was convinced AI could understand why some patients respond to treatments while others do not. This information is not only important for patient care but also for designing trials to fail less often,
